In a quiet and sunny area, in a residential and verdant setting, a modern villa with stunning lake views has been renovated. The property was in good condition, but with some features that weakened the quality of the interior spaces and made it more difficult to meet the economic demands of the client when selling. The intervention was therefore aimed at a series of circumstantial adjustments and modifications that would adjust and upgrade the value of this lovely home. A timely home staging and interior space styling work was done, improving the furniture and changing a few accessories. The rooms were painted and the dark floor was replaced by a modern light ceramic tile to give a more contemporary feel to the style of the home. As a result of this targeted intervention, the property was able to show its proper value and sell the newly remodeled villa within a few days. With a low investment on the part of the property, therefore, it was possible to meet its economic demands at the negotiation stage.
