In the historic center of Bellano, in the fantastic context of the Santa Marta Residence, a new Molteni Real Estate office.
The room has stone flooring and a high ceiling with decorations. The office was designed in two areas: one at the entrance with three computer stations and one on the rest with a meeting area. To separate the two areas, white metal shelving was installed, enhanced by wooden panels that are also repeated in the television panel and desk area, helping to give color to the room.
In addition, an air conditioner was installed to cool the room and a VMC, controlled mechanical ventilation, to maintain good air quality at all times.
