In the historic center of Bellano, in the fantastic setting of the Residenza Santa Marta, an apartment has been completed. The property, purchased through Molteni Real Estate required the supply of furniture and minor changes requested by the owner.
Initially, a plasterboard ceiling was created in the kitchen area, which allowed an LED strip to be embedded within it to illuminate the area. In addition, with the creation of a 'veil', another LED strip facing the ceiling was installed to make the room cozy and warm. Next, the air conditioning system was installed in the living area and the two bedrooms.
Then wallpaper was applied in one room while in the living area and in the other room, paneling was created so as to make the room elegant. An off-white was decided on for the paint job while in the rooms the back bed walls have a sugar paper color that echoes the present wallpaper.
All furniture with simple and elegant lines has been provided. In the living area there are elements such as the glass kitchen doors that echo the color of the bedroom walls. Finally, theapartment has been provided with all accessories such as kitchen utensils, appliances, abat jour...
The owners chose to outsource the management to Varenna Holidays, with the intent of generating a source of income during their absence.
