Within a residential setting in the quiet hamlet of Pino, a bright apartment with breathtaking views has been renovated. The property was in good condition, but with dated interiors that needed to be spruced up.
Internally, the old ceramic floor has been covered with a warm and cozy laminate, while the walls are repainted by occasionally adding a touch of color to give character to the spaces. In the bathroom, the wall tiles have been painted over, and the bathroom fixtures have been replaced. In the terrace, the old floor was replaced with modern tiles and new shutters were installed. The renovation paid great attention to all the details and finishes, while the furniture was partly maintained by adding some elements to give character to theapartment.
