In the historic center of Bellano, in the fantastic context of Residenza Santa Marta, an apartment with a panoramic view terrace has been renovated. The property, purchased through Molteni Real Estate required the supply of furniture and the addition of a bathroom in the loft area.
Initially, plumbing was brought from the downstairs bathroom to the loft. To do this, tiles in the sink area were cut, then closed with a strip of different tiles to create contrast by giving vibrancy to the bathroom. The bathroom in the loft area needed the service fixtures: toilet and sink, being close to the sleeping area. The bathroom has a clean and elegant style with elegant tiles and LED strip lighting that makes the environment warm and serene. Finally, a ventilation system has been installed to keep the room airy. In the sleeping area, a plasterboard wall was created by installing a led at the top to illuminate the room. In the kitchen area after preparing the preparation at the electrical and plumbing level, a kitchen with modern lines and well equipped was installed. Finally, designer lights were installed with the aim of making theapartment elegant and bright.
