Strategically located in Varenna, within an old courtyard, spaces have been created for the offices of Varenna Holidays Experience and the sales outlet of VH Boutique, realities that are part of the Molteni Group. Externally, the entrance façade has been enhanced by resorting to a decorative planting made by the artisans Rooms and by the addition of a street furniture system with planters and seats that serve as the first point of welcome for the strolling customer. Stepping through the doorway, the magnificent interior courtyard set up represents a second outdoor reception area, where the passerby can make himself comfortable by taking a seat and discovering the Experiences offered by following the monitor. In the interior office spaces, a large metal-effect counter is the protagonist set in a linear and minimal context with clean and simple finishes. In the room intended for the Boutique, on the other hand, the choice was made to keep the exposed stone and rustic wood to create a more typical and charming environment that would tell of the history of the place along with the products on sale. This real estate operation was totally coordinated by the Group, which followed the restyling and relooking of its workplaces, maintaining its own stylistic line of communication, to enrich the range of services and reception spaces of the ever-growing Molteni reality.
