In a central and strategic location in the heart of Mandello, office space for Molteni Real Estate has been renovated. The systems have been redone and air conditioning installed, the old floor covered with a warmer and more modern laminate and the walls painted with a touch of color, all while maintaining the Group's line and style of communication. This office represents a further upgrade in the work that Molteni does, having here carved out a meeting space suitable for informal meetings and formal gatherings in negotiations involving the entire Lake Branch. In addition, these spaces are also the stage for the new path taken in the world of renovations, with the new branch of Home Renovation, to add completeness to the range of services offered by the Group. As a metaphor for transversality and capillarity in the territory, as part of the styling of Rooms, a selection of lake photographs was made that had a common thread of shades and colors, as Molteni has managed to create a fil rouge among the towns of the eastern branch of Lake Como.
