In the magnificent main square of Varenna, Piazza San Giorgio, a few steps from the lake, a apartment located on the top floor of a small building has been completely renovated. Externally, the balconies have been arranged and the flooring redone, along with the creation of new skylights. The internal distribution has been totally revised by changing the position of the floorboards in order to optimize the space and obtain an additional room as well as create a loft.
