In sunny Hamlet in Grumo, within a residential complex with a swimming pool, a two-level apartment has been completely renovated. Both because of the location and the beautiful lake view, the property indeed showed its potential while presenting itself in an unsuitable style, very colorful and dated. The fixtures were redone, the bathroom renovated, and a new internal connecting staircase was installed. The old floor was replaced by a modern ceramic coating, while the rather bright colors of the walls were removed, preferring softer tones and hues that echoed the hues of the lake just outside the windows. The renovation paidgreat attention to all the details and finishes, while the choice of furniture was directed according to a simple and modern style to restore the right value to the interior spaces. This renovation was commissioned by the new owner who had just purchased the building through Molteni Real Estate, directing the design solutions according to the future tourist destination of the property, which was then given to Varenna Holidays, another Molteni Group company, for management.
