Within a typical hamlet, centrally located, bright apartment on two levels with attic and large panoramic terrace obtained from the renovation of an entire village house. Externally, the roof and terrace, window frames and skylights have been completely redone, as have the facades.
Internally, however, the renovation included the creation of new floor slab and the displacement of some planking, the redoing of fixtures, bathrooms and window frames. The old floor was replaced with a ceramic coating, while the ceiling with exposed beams and the internal connecting staircase were made of bleached wood to maintain the brightness of the interior spaces. Concomitantly with the technical project, interior design work was done by carefully choosing finishes and materials, lighting and colors, as well as selecting furniture elements in a modern and minimalist style. This property relied on the services of the Molteni Group at different stages: first the property was purchased through Molteni Real Estate, then it was renovated to restore the value of the spaces and to be able to be included in the tourist rental market through the management of Varenna Holidays.
