Centrally located and overlooking the lake, a large apartment arranged on two levels has been completely renovated. Externally, the roof was replaced with laminated wood and antiqued Portuguese tiles, and the facades were repainted. In addition, work was done to the structure to create a terrace well and install a lifting platform. Internally, the property was gutted: the slab was redone while the floorboards were moved to revise the space layout. Together, the fixtures, windows and doors, and the interior staircase were also replaced. Subsequently, Interior Design work was done, following the client in the choice of details and finishes, from floors to wall coverings, handles to doors, colors and lighting. The choice of furniture was directed according to a classic but modern style to restore the right value to the interior spaces. This renovation was commissioned by the new owner who had just purchased the building through Molteni Real Estate, directing the design solutions according to the future tourist destination of the property, which was then given under management to Varenna Holidays, another Molteni Group company.
