Within a residential setting, a stone's throw from the station and the lake, a spacious and bright apartment has been totally renovated. The property was in good condition, but with dated interiors that needed to be spruced up.
Internally, the distribution of the living area was revised, demolishing the planking that separated the completely renovated kitchen to create a single open room that is undoubtedly more contemporary. All the fixtures, bathroom and window frames were also redone. The old ceramic floor was covered with a warm and welcoming laminate, while the walls are repainted by occasionally adding a touch of color to give character to the spaces. Therenovation paid great attention to all the details and finishes, while the choice of furniture was directed according to a simple and modern style to restore the right value to the interior spaces. This renovation was commissioned by the owner who wanted to make income from his property, directing the project solutions according to the future tourist destination ofapartment, then given in management as a vacation home to Varenna Holidays, another company of the Molteni Group.
